"You know." irritates me more than any other.

It seems that many of the most recent lexicalizations for filled pauses ("you know", "like") are very irritating to some (many?) people.  While unlexicalized filled pauses (uh, um) may be irritating because of their flat tone, the former lexicalized FPs often have dynamic tone:  for example, a rising pitch on "you know".  Sometimes I can imagine the listener wanting to reply, "No, I don't know, because you still haven't told me, yet!"  Do you ever feel like saying that?  Or do you have another snappy line to use in such a situation?
