You might want to take a look at the website maintained by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).  They have all sorts of links to other web sites and other places to look for information.  They are located at

Thanks for the suggestion.  I just skimmed the ASHA site briefly and it looks like it has a lot of stuff I'll want to check out in my continuing research.  I'll be back there for more later.
